We are excited to welcome new 5th graders and new and returning 6th graders!
Get Started with the PTO Toolkit
Step 1: Register or Log In
Before anything else, please make sure you’re registered with the PTO Toolkit. Registration ensures you’ll receive important PTO emails and have access to the Parent/Guardian/Student Directory.

If you already have an account, simply log in using your existing email and password.

If you’re new, it only takes a minute to create an account — it’s quick and easy!
Note: When you log in, you’ll be asked to review and update your information. Don’t worry — you’ll be able to update your child’s homeroom teacher in September once class lists are finalized.
Step 2: Activate Your Account
Each school year, families must activate their PTO Toolkit accounts to access forms, purchase wristbands and tickets, and stay connected.
To activate your account:

Go to the Membership Toolkit homepage.

Scroll down and click “PTO Membership Donation.”

Choose one of the donation options, add it to your cart, and click Submit.
Once you complete these steps, your account will be active for the current school year.
Please note: The PTO does not have the ability to activate accounts manually — each family must complete this quick process annually.
Supporting Our PTO — the “Non-Fundraiser” Way
We’re proud to continue our Non-Fundraisers approach — no wrapping paper, chocolates, or sales drives!
Instead, we suggest a $45 per family donation to help fund programs, events, and activities that benefit all Baldwin students.
Of course, any amount is appreciated, and participation matters most.
Even if you’re unable to donate at this time, please make sure to register or update your account so you stay connected and informed.
Our greatest strength is our community — thank you for helping make Baldwin Middle School a wonderful place for our students to learn and grow!
